The right attitude to be a true team player, challenge the status quo and deliver results. I look for the desire to learn and explore.

What was your first job, and what did you learn from it?

I worked in a sandwich factory while I was at university. The lesson? Never push the stop button on the conveyor belt when you can't fill the sandwiches fast enough!

What inspires you?

The possibility of what technology has to offer and the impact this will have on our lives.

I want us to continue to drive advocacy. We need to deliver compelling experiences that meet customer needs, and ultimately we need a step change in the way we create conversation and engage our customers.

Being privileged to work for brands where marketing has played a significant role in the growth of the business.
